three years ago. other two were investigators in the ag's office. the it accused kane of intimidation, retaliation and attempted black mail. kane spokesmen says she has in the reviewed the lawsuit but will vigorously defend herself. so far in comment from the newspaper. pennsylvania judge handed a partial victory to convicted sex offender jerry sandusky as he peruses an appeal. yesterday the judge ordered prosecutors to turn over any documents that they have about deals between sandusky's victims and civil lawyers. he wants any book contracts, speaking fee deals or other material that would show whether the victims who testified against the former penn state a assistant football coach had an incentive to do so. the judge however did reject sandusky's other request, including the the power to subpoena people as part of his appeal. sandusky's attorney says he is gratitude by judge's decision and we will wait to see what turns up. the attorney general's office says it will review the order and respond accordingly.

but that begs the question why was rodriguez on the the street in the first place? a philadelphia police source tells fox 29, that south detectives asked for an arrest warrant for rodriguez from the district attorney's office on monday, before that doctor was carjack. it turns out that the victim was in a arm robbery last friday not far from the carjacking, identified rodriguez from a photo line up. spokesmen for d.a. says that request for a warrant was denied based on insufficient evidence. but when rodriguez was arrested and charged with the wednesday carjacking he was also charged with last friday's robbery. so what about last weeks incident changed? d.a. spokesmen reached at home and without access to court documents says only that the rodriguez confessed to american one incident. he could not say for sure that the confession bolstered last friday's case. manvir's boss is praising his employee a's heroism but says of rodriguez.
